(c) SPONSORS AND ADVERTISERS. We may decide to accept sponsorship and advertisements on the Site. Should this occur, you should assume said sponsors and advertisers will be given access to the impressions and click data on their marketing pieces. 3.1 WHAT DOES THE COMPANY DO WITH INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA
(a) We are based in the United States. The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws in Europe. 5.1 WE WILL RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS FOLLOWS:

(b) In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based what is allowed by our third party Analytics, marketing, and Email service providers.
(c) Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
6. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email.
